When Cindy Lewis first learned about Comfort Keepers Home Care, she felt drawn to it because everyone in the company genuinely cared about the people that they worked with. Cindy was also attracted to the Comfort Keepers’ mission of providing their clients with the highest quality of life attainable. Determined to provide the care that she would have liked for her own grandparents, she opened Comfort Keepers Roswell in 2001. What began in 2001 with five caregivers has grown into a team of 250 caring and dedicated individuals. Comfort Keepers Roswell, Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs and Alto is now a prestigious, award-winning franchise location that has employed a mostly-female workforce to keep loving promises made by families to their loved ones. Cindy has further made this possible by making herself an accessible and available leader for the large staff and caring for her caregivers. She credits the success of Comfort Keepers Home Care Roswell to a composite of the many successes of our individual employees; people with diverse backgrounds and unique, innate abilities who have come together to build, share, and contribute to the mission. Comfort Keepers are dedicated, special, and talented people who are naturally compassionate, and then trained to the highest standards to ensure top-notch in-home service and care to the adult population in the areas they serve.
