Staff members must also submit a yearly personal background check, driving records check, and drug screening to ensure the safety of their loved ones. Stephanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a Master's degree of Science in Nursing with a specialization in cardiac care and metabolic function, reflecting her strong academic foundation and practical experience in providing exceptional healthcare. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, she embodies discipline, resilience, and a deep sense of duty, bringing these qualities into her approach to patient care.
Stephanie's nursing philosophy is rooted in patient-centered care, valuing not only the physical but also the emotional needs of her patients. With a cardiac background and a genuine love for caring for people, she finds great joy in making a positive difference in their lives. Beyond her professional dedication, she is a devoted wife and mother. Balancing her career and family responsibilities, Stephanie epitomizes the strength of an empowered, caring woman committed to contributing to a healthier and happier community, one patient at a time.
Amy
Regional Administrator
Amy is a Washington native with a caregiving background that spans more than 10 years. Amy’s love for caregiving started when she was in high school and spent more than 1000 hours volunteering in a local emergency department and various fire departments. Amy then moved on to earn her CNA credentials, and began professional caregiving. Amy cared for her grandmother through end of life before moving on to a hospital setting where she spent over 4 years in a cardiovascular intensive care unit as a CNA, and lead unit coordinator.
Amy began her journey at Comfort Keepers after the birth of her third daughter. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her kids and husband. They enjoy camping, nature, and jumping in rain puddles. Amy and her family have raised pigs and look forward to soon raising cows as well.
Chloe
Regional Human Resources Manager
Since joining Comfort Keepers in 2022, Chloe has been passionate about creating a people-centered HR experience that supports both employees and the clients they serve. She believes that when employees feel valued, supported, and empowered, they are better equipped to provide exceptional, compassionate care. With a bachelor's degree in Business Management, a minor in Accounting, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, Chloe is dedicated to building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and helping employees succeed.
As a military spouse and someone who grew up in Washington's South Sound, Chloe values resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community. She is proud to support an organization that shares her commitment to reliable, compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys gardening, thrift shopping, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and their pets.

Care Coordination Team Lead
As the Care Coordination Team Lead, Cassandra enjoys building meaningful relationships with the clients and families we serve and helping them feel supported from the very beginning of their care journey. Since joining Comfort Keepers in 2023, she has worked closely with families to guide them through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support as their needs evolve. Helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives is what she finds most rewarding.
As a Washington State local, Cassandra is proud to serve the community she calls home. Her goal is to ensure every client and family feels heard, cared for, and confident they have a dedicated team throughout their care experience. Jo Ann
Marketing Director and Veteran Specialist
Jo Ann serves as the Marketing Director and Veteran Specialist for Comfort Keepers Care Services, where she is dedicated to helping "seasoned citizens", veterans, and their families navigate the complexities of aging and long-term care. She develops community partnerships, delivers educational presentations, and connects families with trusted resources that support aging in place. With specialized knowledge of VA programs, including Aid & Attendance and Homemaker/Home Health Aide benefits, Jo Ann is passionate about helping veterans access the benefits they have earned.
Drawing from both professional experience and a lifetime of family military service, Jo Ann is committed to educating families before a crisis occurs, empowering them to make informed care decisions with confidence. She collaborates with healthcare professionals, senior centers, veteran organizations, and community partners to improve access to quality care and support.
Jo Ann holds certifications in Business Management and Project Management and continues to expand her expertise in senior care, veteran resources, and community outreach. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her husband, gardening, and spending quality time with her granddaughter doing puzzles and coloring.
Chryzl
Human Resources Coordinator
Chryzl is a Human Resources Coordinator at Comfort Keepers, where she oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee support, caregiver coordination, and other human resources functions to help build and maintain a dedicated caregiving team. She works closely with caregivers and leadership to ensure employees have the resources and guidance they need to provide exceptional care to clients and their families.
With experience in human resources, recruitment, and healthcare operations, Chryzl is passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful opportunities to make a difference in the lives of seniors. She believes that quality care begins with hiring, supporting, and empowering the right people, and she takes pride in fostering a positive experience for both employees and clients.

Richard is the Scheduling Team Manager and a professional dedicated to ensuring clients receive reliable, compassionate, and consistent care. In his role, he coordinates caregiver schedules, manages staffing needs, communicates with clients and caregivers, and helps maintain seamless continuity of care. He is committed to providing timely support while fostering positive relationships with both clients and care staff.
Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Management and brings a strong background in organization, communication, and problem-solving to his work. His experience in scheduling and operations has strengthened his ability to respond quickly to changing needs while keeping client care at the center of every decision.
He is passionate about serving seniors and their families because he believes that dependable care and clear communication provide peace of mind and improve quality of life. Outside of work, Richard enjoys staying active through badminton, exploring home design ideas, and learning about personal finance and investing. He takes pride in making a meaningful difference by helping ensure every client receives the support they deserve.

Nathan is a Scheduler committed to ensuring every client receives dependable, compassionate care. He coordinates caregiver schedules, maintains shift coverage, manages overtime, and communicates closely with caregivers and clients to provide a seamless care experience.
With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Nathan brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to his role. He understands the importance of reliable care and is passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable while giving families confidence and peace of mind. He believes that every well-coordinated schedule contributes to a better quality of life for the clients his team serves.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending quality time with his family and expressing his love for them through cooking. He values meaningful connections and brings that same caring approach to both his personal and professional life.
Fransheil
After-Hours Liaison
Fransheil serves as an After-Hours Liaison, ensuring clients and caregivers receive timely, compassionate support whenever urgent needs arise outside of regular business hours. She responds to after-hours emergencies, coordinates solutions, and helps maintain continuity of care, providing peace of mind to clients, caregivers, and their families when they need it most. Fransheil believes that being dependable, responsive, and empathetic is essential to delivering quality care and building lasting trust with those she serves.
During her college years, Fransheil completed the Computer Hardware Servicing (CHS) NC II program, strengthening her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Her passion for serving seniors began through caring for the elders in her own family, where she learned the importance of patience, kindness, dignity, and respect. Those experiences continue to inspire her to provide compassionate service and ensure every concern is handled with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Fransheil enjoys singing, swimming, and practical shooting, which help her stay active and maintain a balanced lifestyle. She is also a proud member of the Volters Crusade Foundation, where she supports tree-planting and environmental conservation initiatives. As a proud mother of two, Fransheil values family, community service, and creating a positive impact through both her work and volunteer efforts. She strives to make every interaction meaningful, supportive, and centered on the well-being of those she serves.

I have an unapologetic obsession with building great teams, providing exceptional service, and creating meaningful, lasting impacts in the lives of those we serve. Through innovation, compassion, and dedicated leadership, I strive to elevate the standards of care and enrich our community by ensuring that every individual receives the support and respect they deserve.
I am a United States Navy Veteran. During my service, I was deployed multiple times in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Aden to combat the global war on terror. I led several teams in critical interdiction and anti-piracy operations, including a high-stakes rescue mission that saved over 60 sea-goers clinging to debris off the coast of Indonesia.
Following my military career, I served as a Police Officer, where I spent three years on our regional SWAT team. This experience honed my ability to perform under pressure and reinforced my commitment to serving and protecting others.
Now, as an entrepreneur, I continue to serve my community through my in-home care company. We have proudly served thousands of clients across Washington and Idaho, always striving to enhance their quality of life. My exposure to the long-term care industry has led me to a clear conclusion: “We must do better.”
