What Sets Our Care Apart
1) World Class Care Management
We coordinate all of our resources to take care of your loved one, just as a family member would. We can help provide transportation to the doctor's office, schedule meal delivery, offer respite care when a family member needs time off, and more.
You'll have a dedicated Scheduler, Lead Caregiver, and Director of Client Care working to support your family. The Director of Client Care sets monthly care goals and oversees all care, while the Lead Caregiver visits the home every week to ensure care is consistent. If there's ever a change in caregivers, the Lead Caregiver provides a seamless transition. We are unique in the level of care we offer.
2) World Class Training
To provide the best level of care, we need the best caregivers. Every caregiver passes a thorough interviewing process and must pass a background check and screening. The first stage of training is 20 hours of orientation, followed by a hands-on skills lab. After completing the lab, caregivers attend CK University, a 7-week training class that is held in person and not computer-based. Once a caregiver has completed training, they are fully equipped to provide your loved one with a wide range of care services.
Our services include basic personal care and companion care, as well as more specialized care such as respite care, Alzheimer's care, dementia care or end of life care. We can provide care a few hours a week all the way up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you need short-term or long-term in home care, Comfort Keepers can help.
