Pronounced buh-GO-ta, unlike Bogotá, capital city of Colombia, whose name is accented on the final syllable, Bogota a beautiful borough located on the east shore of the Hackensack River, bordering Hackensack to the west, Ridgefield Park to the south and Teaneck on the north and east, a borough in Bergen County. Notable famous faces include Pulitzer Prize winner Eddie Adams, musician Jimmy Gneco, NFL player Richie Incognito, and Stanley Foster Reed.
