Local Business Sends Water to Paonia

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - As the Paonia water crisis continues, a local senior care service company is doing what they can to help.

Comfort Keepers, an in-home care provider, is sending cases and jugs of water to its Delta office.

Although the idea started with delivering water to clients, the company is now offering to distribute the bottles to anyone who needs it.

They say part of taking care of someone is making sure they have life's basic necessities, including access to clean water.

The cases of water were donated by Walmart, and are waiting to be handed out to those who are homebound or don't have the ability to pick up jugs and bottles themselves.
