You think to yourself how delightful it would be to sink your teeth into that ice cream cone, but what about your diet that you have committed yourself to? When you are on a diet, strong cravings such as these are common, which is why you need to be prepared for them.   • Be sure to wash these snacks down with 100 percent fruit juice, green ice tea, or a protein shake. Don’t forget to also consume plenty of water throughout the day.
