Comfort Keepers Birmingham owner, Brent Watson, has been wheelchair-bound since age 17, after a car accident left him quadriplegic. As his immediate family, we became his caregivers and, by necessity, learned what it takes to provide excellent care services. After Brent and his wife had twins, they knew that they would need even more assistance, so Brent searched for the best caretaking services he could find and chose Comfort Keepers. He became a Comfort Keepers client, and shortly after, in 2005, he decided to buy Comfort Keepers Birmingham to make a difference in the lives of other families the way that Comfort Keepers made a difference in ours.

Brent’s mother, Linda, and brother, Jonathan, have been there for him throughout his life, acting as his caregivers and support systems, and they have been part of the Comfort Keepers Birmingham family as well, Jonathan managing clients and Linda managing accounting. Our entire office staff have worked in the field as caregivers themselves and understand what it takes to provide excellent care.
