Comfort Keepers Proudly Offers COVID-19 Infection Control Certification Program
At Comfort Keepers, the safety of our clients and caregivers are our top priority.
Comfort Keepers has been a staple in the Scarborough, ME community for over 10 years. Each member of our care team, composed of local, reliable, compassionate caregivers who committed their careers to providing meaningful, life-enriching care to our beloved Cumberland and York County, completes a rigorous training program that is amongst the most stringent in the area – ensuring the highest level of competence in our caregivers and, subsequently, peace of mind for our clients and their families.
One of the mandatory courses to be completed by our Comfort Keepers caregivers includes our infection control certification program. This highly-informative program provides crucial knowledge regarding infection control, including step-by-step protocols and up-to-date procedures from the CDC, State Department of Health, local and county authorities, the Home Care Association of America, and other agencies and resources, that ensure each caregivers ability to provide the safest home care to our clients. In the process, this key knowledge also ensures the safety and well-being of our cherished caregivers who we consider to be family and are truly at the heart of our business.
At Comfort Keepers, we are continually monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 virus. We are proud to support local seniors and families every day throughout Scarborough, ME and the surrounding areas and are honored to have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our neighbors lives.
