Meet the Boise Caregiver Team: Dedicated to Personalized In-Home Care Boise
Please get to know our expertly trained and professional in-home caregivers before you make a call.
Every member of our team is professional and well-trained. We thoroughly screen and interview to identify the best in-home caregivers. Only those who pass this process can complete training to deliver our special brand of in-home senior care. What truly sets our team apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. Our experts get to know everything about your loved one: their likes, dislikes, mental abilities, and physical abilities, to provide customized, personal home care, ensuring the comfort of your loved one in their own home.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured, and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families. Contact us to meet our team of in-home caregivers today! Give us a call at (208) 895-8822 to learn more!
Kenny
Owner
I’m committed to pushing the long-term care industry forward. I have an unapologetic obsession with building great teams, providing exceptional service, and creating meaningful, lasting impacts in the lives of those we serve. Through innovation, compassion, and dedicated leadership, I strive to elevate the standards of care and enrich our community by ensuring that every individual receives the support and respect they deserve.
I am a United States Navy Veteran. During my service, I was deployed multiple times in the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Aden to combat the global war on terror. I led several teams in critical interdiction and anti-piracy operations, including a high-stakes rescue mission that saved over 60 sea-goers clinging to debris off the coast of Indonesia.
Following my military career, I served as a Police Officer, where I spent three years on our regional SWAT team. This experience honed my ability to perform under pressure and reinforced my commitment to serving and protecting others.
Now, as an entrepreneur, I continue to serve my community through my in-home care company. We have proudly served thousands of clients across Washington and Idaho, always striving to enhance their quality of life. My exposure to the long-term care industry has led me to a clear conclusion: “We must do better.”
I am dedicated to being a part of that change, ensuring that every individual in our care receives the dignity, respect, and quality service they deserve. Together, we can make a profound difference.
Teresa
Regional Administrator
Teresa's path with Comfort Keepers commenced in 2017, bolstered by her extensive 14-year caregiving background. Her journey within the organization was marked by a smooth evolution, culminating in her appointment as administrator in 2020. Her overarching mission? To elevate the standard of care and become a footprint in society.
But Teresa's life extends far beyond the professional realm. At the core of her joy lies her beloved family – a unit of four children spanning from an elementary-aged daughter to a determined son who has relentlessly pursued his dream of joining Boeing since the tender age of five, and her husband. Together, they form the bedrock of her happiness.
In addition to her family, two miniature schnauzers, Brandy and Boss, play integral roles in her life. Teresa's unwavering commitment to caregiving is deeply rooted in her love for her grandparents, particularly during their vulnerable end-of-life stages. This personal connection ignites her passion to deliver unwaveringly compassionate care, rendering her an invaluable asset to Comfort Keepers and a beacon of empathy in her community as she steadfastly pursues her mission.
Amy
Regional Manager
Amy is a Washington native with a caregiving background that spans more than 10 years. Amy’s love for caregiving started when she was in high school and spent more than 1000 hours volunteering in a local emergency department and various fire departments. Amy then moved on to earn her CNA credentials, and began professional caregiving. Amy cared for her grandmother through end of life before moving on to a hospital setting where she spent over 4 years in a cardiovascular intensive care unit as a CNA, and lead unit coordinator.
Amy began her journey at Comfort Keepers after the birth of her third daughter. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her kids and husband. They enjoy camping, nature, and jumping in rain puddles. Amy and her family have raised pigs and look forward to soon raising cows as well.
Chloe
Regional HR Manager
Chloe joined the Comfort Keepers human resources team in October 2022. She graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and began her human resources journey in recruiting. Chloe has now moved into management which allows her to learn something new every day. Chloe is always willing to help out where she is needed and enjoys the opportunity to be a voice for the caregivers she works with.
Chloe has lived in Washington for most of her life and enjoys spending her time with her two dogs, Maybelle and Pepper, and participating in outdoor activities with her husband. You can always find her at the local farmer's markets or shopping for home decor.
