We have been using Natasha for a few months now to help in the care of my 97-year-old dad. They have established quite a relationship and he looks forward to her visits. She’s very thorough in all she does; she just jumps in and now that she knows his routine, I don’t even have to tell her what to do. She goes above and beyond and is always a friendly face to everyone. Many of my family members have met her and we all adore her. She’s become “part of the family”. We’re thankful that we found Comfort Keepers and that Natasha us with us during our care for dad.
Comfort Keepers of Johns Creek has been our provider since 2020 and has provided my family with exceptional services. We are truly grateful to Mr. Greg Johnson who has gone above and beyond in ensuring we were educated on the process and service expectations. He and/or his team (Stacey) will always take the time to explain in detail the process and any anticipated changes that my family should be aware of. She endured some significant challenges and has emerged strong and successful in caring for my mother. We never know what tomorrow brings, but TODAY I am very thankful for how well things are going with Zaniya and my mother. My mother is in a much more positive place this week. I believe that Zaniya's kind and professional care has made a difference! My second shout out is to Shema! A wise leader sets up and equips her employees for success. Greg; Comfort Keepers responded on very short notice for a 10 day Care need. As previously, Comfort Keepers sent professional Care Givers; they all knew exactly what to do and when to do. Each Care Giver helped my Mother thru all the essential needs; thus freeing me up to concentrate on my work and daily life during the Care Givers stay each day. My family and I are very grateful for the caring and competent services of Comfort Keepers Home Care. They have provided excellent care for my mother (in her 80's) for over a year. When we began our partnership last year we could have never imagined how critical the caregiver support would be for my mother. Due to COVID19 we, the family, have not been able to visit my mother in her home since March, but the caregivers have been there several days per week to provide great service, but possibly more importantly, companionship. Another benefit we've valued is that when my mother became ill and needed to go the hospital, the caregiver was allowed to go with her to help her navigate getting treatment. Again, due to COVID19 constraints, we would not have been allowed to go in the hospital with my mother, so this was a great comfort. We continue to have a wonderful experience working with the entire team-- from management, to front office, to caregivers. We believe that as my mother needs more care, over time, Comfort Keepers Home Care will continue to be dependable partners to provide caring and competent care for our loved one.
