This Walk is an opportunity for us to come together as a community, support those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias, honor caregivers and families, and help raise awareness and funds for research, care, and support services. Whether you walk, donate, or come out to show your support, your participation would mean so much.
Our Buffalo Grove and Grayslake staff will participate in the walk in Libertyville.
