How to Afford Private Home Care in Buena Park, CA and the Surrounding Area

In Buena Park, Cerritos, Cypress, Fullerton, and the surrounding areas, our private home care services can be paid for in a variety of ways.

When families begin to investigate the possibility of private home care, one of the most frequently asked questions is, "How much does it cost to provide care?" The answer varies according to the state, setting, and type of care required. But don't worry, our customer service team is here to help you along the way.

If you're unsure of how to pay for medical care in California, keep in mind that you have several options. It is important to consider your loved one's financial situation before deciding on the most cost-effective method of paying for treatment. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team at (714) 202-0197 or click one of the buttons below.

Payment Methods We Accept

Some of the most common ways to pay for private home care services include the following:

Long-Term Care Insurance - This type of insurance can help cover some of the costs of medical care. Our staff can assist seniors in obtaining long-term care insurance by supplying any paperwork necessary to initiate this type of coverage.

Private Pay/ Out-of-Pocket - The majority of families foot the bill for this type of care for a loved one. Out-of-pocket payments for care, including assisted living, are common. In-home senior care is frequently less expensive than institutional care, but the cost varies depending on the type of care required and the number of hours required to complete the task. After all other options have been exhausted, calculate out-of-pocket costs and determine ways to reduce them. Families interested in learning more about companion care, respite care, or personal care assistance can contact our office to discuss the components of a customized care plan and the need for companion care, respite care, or personal care assistance.

VA Benefits - Comfort Keepers is partnered with Veteran Affairs to help provide Veterans with a home health aide or caregiver. In addition to VA Benefits (Aid and Attendance Benefit), Comfort Keepers is contracted with VA Long Beach (VA Administration & TriWest) to provide care for the local Veterans under VA'S Caring Community Network (CCN) Program.

Kaiser Permanente Partner - Referral partner for Transitional Care of their Members discharged from their hospital facility or Kaiser partner Skilled Nursing or rehab facility. All Kaiser Members who use Comfort Keepers services are offered a 5% discount.

Comfort Keepers is also a referral partner with A Place For Mom (APFM) and AgingCare.Com.
