"We are from California and we had the ultimate pleasure of dealing with Pat Catalli, who is the owner of Comfort Keepers. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most gracious. She was NOT looking for $'s, but only to help assist us and our Mom in any way she could. She gave us several additional resources for care options, even long term care facilities. She was most helpful as we obviously did not know the area or where we should place her. We were 'beside' ourselves... continuously striking out with people from several skilled nursing facilities before contacting Pat. But Pat's dynamic 'calming effect' helped us get through all the obstacles we faced for several days before contacting her. Without Pat and her staff's help, we could have stroked out ourselves!
