Been utilizing Comfort Keepers for roughly a year and a half now to provide in-home respite care for my father. To have watched and listened to my dad go from grumpily saying "Absolutely not! No one is coming into my home" to excitedly saying "Lexi comes tomorrow right?" has been something else. He tells me quite often how "Lexi always knows how to help me even without me saying anything." She definitely goes above and beyond when caring for my dad, and to see his face light up the second she pulls up to the house melts my cold heart 😀 It's wonderful knowing Comfort Keepers will do everything they can in ensuring that whomever comes to the house will be a great fit for my father. Also, I know I can rely on his nurse Ashley to do her best with whatever I throw at her, as she herself goes above and beyond in her duties not only with my father but with Comfort Keepers as a whole. Had it not been for Ashley, the caregivers, and office personnel, being the ones supporting my dad since the start, there's no way I would have been able to continue caring for my dad, and I could not be more grateful. We have been very pleased with the service and care by Comfort Keepers, beginning with administrative staff to home caregivers for our mom (Pat A.). She looks forward to seeing each of her caregivers. We love all of the caregivers from Comfort Keepers. . Each caregiver is highly qualified & knowledgeable in their profession. I am 100% comfortable with the care they give to my husband. They are our extended family & quite frankly I don't think my husband could still be at home without their help.
I am so thankful for Comfort Keepers helping with my husband. Yesterday I had to go into the hospital. My caregiver totally took care of my husband while I dealt with my own medical issues. My caregiver is wonderful I didn’t have to worry about my husband while I was with the doctor.
