This dynamic duo isn’t just about business – they’re deeply rooted in family. With 8 children and 14 grandchildren, Angie and Rod understand the importance of caring for loved ones and extending that same warmth and dedication to their clients. They believe in providing personalized care that treats every individual like family.

Operations Manager

Kristi is the Operations Manager and the behind-the-scenes force keeping people, processes, and approximately 47 moving pieces headed in the same direction. She oversees multi-state operations with a leadership style that blends high standards, genuine compassion, quick problem-solving, and a healthy appreciation for organized chaos.

Known for finding solutions, asking the questions no one else thought to ask, and somehow knowing what’s happening in four states at once, Kristi is passionate about building strong teams and making sure exceptional care remains at the center of everything we do.

When she’s not solving an operational puzzle, you can usually find her with an audiobook playing, metal music turned up, a perfectly organized to-do list nearby, and probably already three steps ahead of whatever comes next.

Territory Support Specialist

Rebecca is our Territory Support Specialist and one of those rare people who can walk into the middle of organized chaos, figure out exactly what’s needed, and get things moving in the right direction. She supports our teams across territories by troubleshooting challenges, strengthening processes, filling gaps, and making sure no office ever feels like they’re figuring it out alone.

Dependable, adaptable, and always willing to jump in where she’s needed, Rebecca brings equal parts heart, humor, and get-it-done energy to the team. Rebecca is an invaluable part of keeping our operations running smoothly.
