Serving the community since 1975, Senior Concerns is a private, non-profit organization, dedicated to serving the senior community and especially frail and special-need seniors, caregivers and families by providing quality programs, appropriate resources and educational outreach, raising funds, and developing and administering quality-of-life programs for seniors with special needs. Their programs aim to keep families together and seniors active and in their homes for as long as possible, by offering affordable options which support persons in later life. All senior programs are offered without regard for the ability to pay. Senior Concerns serves Ventura and western Los Angeles counties, special-need seniors, families, health professionals, caregivers and the community at large.  “We are proud to count Comfort Keepers of Ventura County and the West Valley as one of our community partners”

Family Caregiver Alliance is a public voice for caregivers. Founded in the late 1970s, the FCA was the first community-based nonprofit organization in the country to address the needs of families and friends providing long-term care for loved ones at home.
