We were given a list of Companies from the Hospital to contact and were on a time crunch to obtain care immediately. I chose Comfort Keepers of Euless, Texas mainly because they were the only Company that had a LIVE PERSON answer the phone. Carrie and Angie were so helpful and informative and worked with me to get all the required paperwork done quickly so care could start right away. The owner even met me to go over everything and assess the living facilities. As it turned out, the Hospital sent Dad to a rehabilitation center to rebuild his strength for a bit. We have not been able to use their care staff as of yet, but I cannot say enough about Carrie and Angie being so very understanding, caring and amazing to work with!
