Teresa’s caregiving career began with a personal experience. Her great-grandmother was staying in a geriatric home. Soon enough, Teresa started working there as a caregiver. This hands on experience gives Teresa a unique perspective that carries over into her administrative role. She understands what it takes to be an excellent caregiver and join someone's family. All applicants are put through a rigorous selection process and in-depth training program before becoming caregivers. If we wouldn’t put them in our home, we won’t put them in yours.
