Jordan Derby was raised by his grandparents. They showed him - through quiet, daily sacrifice - what it truly means to love someone. That upbringing is the reason he does this work. After more than a decade of public service and a career shaped by service in the U.S. Navy, he knows what it means to show up for others. Jordan founded Our Futures Past, a nonprofit that brings generations together through free events at senior centers right here in Anne Arundel County - because he believes connection is one of the most powerful things we can give. He built Comfort Keepers Annapolis on those same values: a professional, well-trained team that treats every client like family. This isn't just a business to him. It's a calling.
