Comfort Keepers offers At Home Care Services in Lexington, KY

Comfort Keepers is a leading provider of at home care services

Comfort Keepers first started serving the Lexington area in 2002. Owner Helen Rades discovered Comfort Keepers while browsing through an Entrepreneur magazine and decided to take up a career in at home care. This decision was not easy for her but with hard work and determination, Helen and her team persevered. Since 2002, Comfort Keepers has become a leading home care provider in the Bluegrass Region.

We are here to provide an expert at home care and companionship to seniors and other adults. We are proud of our hard work and success but we will always remember our roots.

Care Services in Lexington, KY

Comfort Keepers specializes in at home care, companionship care, personal care and homemaking services. We create customized care plans based on the desired level of care. Care can be for just a few hours per week or around the clock care if needed.

Comfort Keepers also follows the philosophy of “Interactive Caregiving”. We believe that keeping a client engaged physically, emotionally and mentally leads to a more fulfilled life. We encourage our clients to stay involved in hobbies, clubs and other activities around the community. Lexington is the “Horse Capital of the World” and many of our clients enjoy visiting Keeneland and The Red Mile, two of the most famous racetracks in the country. The Kentucky Horse Park, located along scenic Iron Works Pike in northern Fayette County, is a museum and working horse farm with a farrier and famous retired horses such as Cigar and 2003 Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide. Our caregivers can provide both transportation and accompaniment if your loved one would like to visit the museum.

Lexington residents also have access to a wonderful art scene. Lexington is home to a professional orchestra, two ballet companies, professional theatre, several museums, several choral organizations and a highly respected opera program at the University of Kentucky.
