That is why we are pleased to provide real-time information, health updates and much more with our Family Portal service, available now for all existing clients!
This service comes to you at no additional cost and can help you quickly review your loved one’s senior home health care information, specific services received and issues that may have come up during the care session. All of this is available from your computer, phone or tablet.
How does Family Portal work?
If you have already set up your user name and password, click here to login to the Family Room Portal.
If you have not yet set up your login information, contact our office to get started.
Once you have received and accepted your email invitation, you will now have access to our online Family Room portal. Within the portal you will be able to do the following:
- View caregiver status updates about your loved one in real-time with each visit.
- Coordinate schedules, activities and more with other family members and caregivers
- Manage your loved one’s medications, appointments and more.
- View invoices and payment histories online
With Family Room, you will be able to access many important aspects of your loved one’s senior home health care right from the tip of your fingers. You can also check in on your loved one’s care to make sure that he or she is receiving the services they need, how they are responding to it and what, if any, problems they may be experiencing.
