Erin Treat, Regional Recruiter

Erin Treat

Regional Recruiter

Erin became a caregiver right out of high school after seeing her grandfather receive amazing care from an in home health agency. She began caring for her grandmother when her grandfather passed, and then continued to dedicate herself to many clients over the years. Erin provided joy and positive energy to her clients in multiple agencies for over 18 years, the last 5 years being with Comfort Keepers. Erin also spent 9 years as Regional Coaching Administrator while caregiving. The role and the requirements of that previous job have helped Erin in her new role as Regional Recruiter. Erin’s knowledge and expertise as a caregiver will also help to bring in joyful people that can elevate the human spirit.

Elevating the human spirit to Erin means giving of your heart 100 percent to the people needing care. Always showing up with a smile no matter what is going on, and making sure that you leave your client with a smile at the end of the visit.

Kathleen Sinz

External Care Coordinator

“Elevating the Human Spirit” to Kathleen means to treat others the way you want to be treated. Listening to her clients' needs and going beyond their daily duties. Kathleen was born on a ranch in Clayton, California where she had the privilege of riding and training horses when she was at an early age. Her dream was to ride in the Olympics; she did achieve riding at the Grand Nationals in Daly City, California. As a young girl, Kathleen took care of her feisty, sailor talk, hardworking masonry worker grandmother, Chrystelle until her passing in 1992. Her Grandmother has influenced Kathleen’s hard-working ethics and caring attitude towards others. Kathleen entered the caregiving field assisting individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Her last position was working for a Fiduciary as a Geriatric Care Manager. Kathleen is excited to be part of the team and bring her skillsets to Comfort Keepers.

Irania Calero

Regional Operations Manager

Irania loves the good and challenging parts of working for Comfort Keepers. She feels "Elevating The Human Spirit" is to bring joy to our clients lives. Providing support through thick and thin. Making them feel that they have a purpose in life. Being their family when they don't have one. Helping them reach their highest potential both physically and mentally.

Irania was a care manager for a private fiduciary for over 5 years overseeing the care of court appointed conservatorship for adults, primarily seniors.  Int that role she helped them remain in their home with assistance from caregivers. She also worked a case worker overseeing children and adolescence with disabilities throughout the East Bay community. In 2014 she came on to Comfort Keepers as a ICC and now Regional Operations Manager.

LeeSa Aufdermaur

Operations Manager

LeeSa has devoted her career to enriching the lives of others in the healthcare field as a geriatric social worker and case manager for over 12 years. She is passionate about serving the aging community with dignity and respect.  Committed to elevating the human spirit every day, she makes it a point to express gratitude and appreciate all of those around her.

Racheal Gonzalez

Regional After-Hour Liaison

Racheal has always worked in the care giving field; 8 years in child care and 3 years as a medical assistant. She assisted with pain management and later switched to specialty care (oncology). She worked as a scheduler and recruiter for a home health provider for 4 years before becoming an after hour liaison at Comfort Keepers. She holds a special place in her heart for the elder community. Elevating the human spirit to Racheal means proving the highest quality of care, and bringing joy to people's daily lives. As care providers, it is our goal to be patient and compassionate to both our client and their families. Always having your most positive attitude and being respectful.

For the time that Racheal has been with Comfort Keepers, she feels that everyone who works for the company, caregivers, and office staff, are genuinely here for the clients and their wellbeing. She is enjoying her new position as the afterhours liaison and can't wait to grow with the company.
