We are pleased to recommend Comfort Keepers as a company of caring and dependable in-home caregivers for senior citizens. Comfort Keepers provided care for our mother for a period of six months. This care began as ten hours a day, including late night care and transitioned to six hours a day as she improved to the point now where she needs little direct care and only minimal supervision. We firmly believe that she would not have progressed to this point this quickly without the care provided by Comfort Keepers. Ms. Krista Shipe and her staff rescued us in September 2013 when our mother unexpectedly required full-time care in our home after injuring herself. We called them in a panic on a Saturday morning and Krista came out immediately to assess our needs and had an outstanding caregiver in place first thing Monday morning allowing us to return to work with a clear mind. They consistently provided prompt, dependable and compassionate care for a bedridden senior for a period of six months. On the few occasions that we needed unscheduled help on very short notice, they stepped up and helped us out. Their expert advice helped us navigate the treacherous and unfamiliar waters of geriatric care. While we have reached the point that we feel we no longer need the services of Comfort Keepers, we recognize that we may very well need senior care for our mother at some point in the future. Should that need arise, they will certainly be our first call. We highly recommend Comfort Keepers.
