Comfort Keepers takes pride in a well-defined on-boarding program for all care aides that includes a clinical evaluation of skills demonstration under the direction and supervision of an RN trainer. Each new home health aide and caregiver completes a nine-hour orientation followed by additional hours in an electronic classroom. Care providers also complete annual training providing an opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge of care for seniors.
