Orientation Expectations

For those starting with our team, please read the attached document so you are prepared for your first day with Comfort Keepers. This explains what you MUST bring with you to the first day of orientation and what to expect during your orientation and onboarding period.

We are here to provide you with initial and ongoing training and information, so you may deliver top quality services to our clients. Some courses may count as CEUs (continuing education units) towards various certifications.

This gives you easy access to your schedule and client information and service plans. This is where you will directly communicate with the Client Experience Team regarding client changes, documentation, sharing client success stories and questions.

  • Dependable and responsible
  • Nurturing and caring attitude
  • Must genuinely care about assisting seniors
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old
  • Must pass drug testing
  • Reliable transportation
  • Up to date car insurance, registration, and valid driver's license
  • Pass our Fit for Duty
  • Meet the qualifications set forth by our criminal, sex registry, driving record, and employment history checks
