Tonia has been a successful business leader for over 15 years, with a focus on customer service, operations, systems development, organizational change, and project management. She is a driven professional with a background in both growth-oriented and established businesses. Tonia has extensive experience with designing and implementing process controls and metrics. Through her dedication to customer service excellence and the community, she has served as project manager for woman build, an ambassador for muscular dystrophy, and has a passion for helping people enjoy a more comfortable life in their own home.
Certified Senior Advisor
Terrie Todd is President/Owner of Comfort Keepers in El Paso and Las Cruces. A long-time resident of Santa Teresa, NM she was educated in the College of Business at the University of Texas at El Paso. She earned her Certified Senior Advisor designation in June 2011. She has held numerous marketing and sales positions, including Executive Director of the Amigo Airsho, Area Marketing Manager for Southwest Airlines and was the Assistant General Manager of the El Paso Convention & Visitors Bureau.
She is committed to the quality of life for all residents in El Paso & Las Cruces and is dedicated to volunteerism. She is an alum of both Leadership El Paso and Las Cruces, served 10 years on the YMCA Metropolitan Board of Directors, is past President of the Vista Del Sol Rotary Club (the first woman in El Paso to hold that position), Past Chairman of the Board for Del Sol Medical Center, Past President of Amigo Airsho, and is currently President of Executive Forum. Terrie is married to Alex Todd and together they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
Stephanie Bard has been with Comfort Keepers as a Receptionist, Scheduler, Office Supervisor, and currently serving as Office Manager in the Las Cruces office.
She has been working and volunteering in the community since she moved here from Arizona over 5 years ago. She has a background in Communication Disorders and a passion for bringing joy to others.
Client Care Supervisor
Faith Lester comes to Comfort Keepers Las Cruces with 19 years’ experience as a Caregiver, Activities director, Administrator of an Assisted Living facility and Alzheimer’s Educator. She has been a caregiver for her family, as well as a professional caregiver. Her special empathy for families is because she has been the person who cares for a family member and understands the pressures and problems associated with caregiving. She has trained caregivers and educated many families and caregivers about Alzheimer’s disease and associated dementias. Throughout her career she has taken care of people and feels it is her calling.
