As we continue to navigate our lives through COVID-19, it’s important to remind ourselves that positive thoughts will always outshine negative thoughts. Taking the time to calm our thoughts while acknowledging our feelings and fears in the midst of what we're experiencing as well as seeking resolution for those feelings can be extremely therapeutic.
