Client Care Coordinator/Office Manager
Interfaces directly with clients, originating Service Plan and securing business. Responsible for all scheduling functions. Manages On-Call Program, performs orientation and training for new caregivers. Manages all client information. Direct supervision of all caregivers assigned. Maintains all paperwork for caregivers. Address and handle all scheduling conflicts, follow up with clients concerning schedule changes and maintain morale of staff.
Lisa Webb - LPN-Franchise Owner
Lisa oversees all operations of the Comfort Keepers Office 259.
Lisa has over 20 years experience in the health care industry. She opened her business in February of 2002. Up until last year she managed the business totally on her own. However, business has grown so rapidly she recently hired two office employees.
