Alan White opened Comfort Keepers in North Georgia in 2002 with a vision of providing exceptional senior care services to North Georgia. Since then, Comfort Keepers has assisted thousands of North Georgia families who wished to live independently at home. Alan is a native North Georgian and graduate of the University of Georgia.

Jennifer Jack-Wunder, LPN

CEO

Jennifer Jack-Wunder began working in health care while still a teenager. After a varied career in hospitality management she decided to follow her heart and returned to school for her nursing degree. She has worked in hospice and home health care, as well as hospital and skilled nursing facility roles. Today she continues to live her passion for lifelong learning and serving others. She is a tireless advocate for seniors as well as a coach, mentor and cheerleader for our staff.  

Sissy Inglesby

Ambassador of Joy

Sissy Inglesby, our esteemed Ambassador of Joy, has an extraordinary ability to brighten any room and leave everyone with a smile on their face. She has been spreading joy to others with Comfort Keepers since 2011. As one of the longest-tenured employees at Comfort Keepers, Sissy's presence has been a source of happiness and positivity for our team and clients.

After retiring from a successful veterinary office that she ran with her husband, Sissy joined Comfort Keepers to continue her passion for giving back and serving others. Starting as a part-time caregiver, it quickly became evident that Sissy possessed an unmatched level of care, compassion, and empathy for those she interacted with. Recognizing her natural calling, we created the role of Ambassador of Joy specifically for Sissy.

In addition to her dedicated work at Comfort Keepers, Sissy spends her free time spreading joy in various ways. She writes heartfelt handwritten cards, sends flowers, and gives thoughtful gifts to commemorate birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, or simply to let someone know we are there for them during challenging times. Her acts of kindness brighten the day for both our team members and clients, and she has the remarkable ability to bring sunshine to anyone, even on the cloudiest of days.

We are incredibly honored to have Sissy as a cherished member of our Comfort Keepers family. She brings joy to someone's life every single day, and we couldn't have found a more perfect person for the role of Ambassador of Joy. Sissy's devotion to her family, church, gardening, travel, and finding ways to show kindness to others further exemplify her exceptional character.

Reina White

Director of Operations

Reina White has been a valued member of the Comfort Keepers family since 2012, bringing a deep commitment to compassionate care and operational excellence. Since 2015, she has successfully led a variety of departments—including recruiting, sales, and customer service—making her uniquely qualified to serve as Director of Operations.

With a strong foundation in leadership and a passion for service, Reina has consistently demonstrated marked performance in team development, process improvement, and client satisfaction. Her diverse experience allows her to oversee day-to-day operations with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and the well-being of both clients and caregivers.

Reina’s leadership style blends empathy with accountability. She is dedicated to creating a supportive work environment that empowers caregivers and office staff alike, knowing that a strong internal culture translates to exceptional care for the seniors we serve.

Outside of work, Reina enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new destinations, and giving back to her community. Her commitment to service, both professionally and personally, continues to make a lasting impact on those around her.

Dakota Botts, APR+M

Community Liaison (Bilingual)

Dakota proudly brings over seven years of dedicated military service as an infantryman and military advisor to the Comfort Keepers team. His extensive background in public affairs, military operations, and training has provided him with exceptional communication skills, strategic insight, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

In his role as Community Liaison, Dakota is known throughout Comfort Keepers for his joyful spirit, contagious humor, and genuine smile. His approachable personality enables him to build strong, lasting relationships with local organizations, clients, and colleagues alike, creating meaningful connections throughout the North Georgia community.

Outside of work, Dakota enjoys volunteering at local events and spending cherished time with his wife, Moira. His passion for community involvement and dedication to family enrich his compassionate and energetic approach to caregiving.

Brany Head

Client Intake Coordinator

Brany Head is a dedicated and compassionate Client Intake Coordinator with a strong background in the medical field. Since beginning her career in 2015, Brany has gained extensive experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including Long Term Care Facilities, Home Health, and Emergency Medicine. Her well-rounded knowledge allows her to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by clients and their families.

In her current role, Brany serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, ensuring each client is met with empathy, efficiency, and personalized attention. Her ability to listen, assess needs, and connect people with the right services is one of her greatest strengths. She takes pride in helping families navigate care options with confidence and clarity.

Emily Cadenhead, CNA

With over 11 years of experience, Emily's journey in healthcare began by caring for her own family, which ignited her passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

In 2015, Emily earned her CNA certification, marking the beginning of her professional healthcare career. Through hard work and determination, she consistently climbed the ladder, driven by her desire to contribute to the well-being of others. Emily's unwavering dedication led her to transition into the field of Human Resources while staying firmly rooted in the healthcare industry.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Emily finds joy and fulfillment in various activities. She has a creative side and enjoys crafting, using her artistic talents to express herself. Lauren Jack, CNA, is a versatile and accomplished Billing & Payroll Administrator with an impressive tenure. Lauren became part of the Comfort Keepers family in 2012. Lauren's journey with the company began as a caregiver, where she gained valuable firsthand experience in providing compassionate care to clients. Through her diligence and dedication, she quickly progressed through various roles, including human resources, and technology specialist, before ultimately reaching her current position as Billing & Payroll Administrator. Lauren's ability to adapt and excel in different areas showcases her exceptional skills and adaptability.

With her diverse background, Lauren truly embodies the concept of a "jack of all trades." Betsy Reilley

Betsy has been an integral part of the Comfort Keepers family since 2017. She began her journey with us as a compassionate caregiver and has steadily advanced through the organization thanks to her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic. Her background in early childhood education and hands-on experience in the field have given her a unique understanding of the human side of care—an asset she brings to every role she’s taken on.

Now serving as our Human Resources Specialist and Billing/Payroll Assistant, Betsy continues to shine. Her exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities make her a trusted resource for both our caregivers and administrative team. She plays a key role in onboarding and supporting staff, ensuring compliance, and managing essential HR functions with precision and care.

Throughout her career, Kelly has worked in various healthcare settings, including home health, hospice, nursing facilities, and cardiac critical care. Susan Clopper, RN, DABCM

Client Care Manager

Susan brings over 30 years of extensive medical experience to Comfort Keepers, including 10 years proudly serving as a nurse in the Army Reserves. Throughout her accomplished nursing career, she has held several key positions, including Director of Nursing, Administrator of Oncology, Charge Nurse of Oncology, and Hospice Orthopedic Oncology Nurse. Susan's diverse background provides her with a wealth of knowledge, which she effortlessly uses to bring smiles and comfort to everyone around her.

Energetic, funny, and always eager to lend a helping hand, Susan is deeply committed to improving the lives of her clients and coworkers alike. Outside of work, Susan loves dancing, spending quality time with her beloved dog, and caring for animals—big and small.
