I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service we we received from Cindy Zaragoza, Emily, and Maria out of the Burbank office.
Ms. Zaragoza was very patient with us, answering all of our questions, often more than once. She was cheerful and conveyed that she was genuinely concerned about our family's needs for my mother. She was very easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. She followed through with everything she promised for us.
Emily and Maria continued with the quality of service which Cindy had provided. They put us at ease and made us feel comfortable with a service which we had never used before. Since that visit my mother has received her first bathing with Maria as her caregiver. After it was over my mom was very pleased and no longer apprehensive about receiving personal care from someone outside of the family.
Cindy, Emily, and Maria represented Comfort Keepers to be a quality provider of home care services. All three and asset to your organization and I'm certain will be rewarded appropriately.

I must tell you how pleased I am with the way both Maria and Francisca are caring for my Dad and the house. It is a huge reassurance and relief to my brother and me that although we are far away from our Dad, we know he is well taken care of. Thank you AGAIN to you and your staff for your help and patience over the years. I know that my aunt could be challenging, but she knew what she liked and didn't like and wouldn't give in. While that was a pain to the rest of us sometimes, ultimately her determination is what kept her going far longer than her doctor could believe. Your caregivers have been wonderful!

Wow! Cant believe we have been with you for 10 years! I am very thankful to my Dad for the financial part of care. I feel we are in a good place with her care, as the 3 girls know mom very well and I am very comfortable knowing she is in good hands. The three, although very different in their style, are very kind and caring. For that, I thank you for your choice of caregivers for her. I also want to mention that Nilka and others in the office are always very professional and especially accommodating at helping me with schedules, questions, and concerns. Thank you!
