Amazing experience with Comfort Keepers in Knoxville. After going through a bad experience with another agency, you are able to quickly recognize and appreciate how good an agency can be. While they have done a great job of minimizing the number of care givers for my parents, everyone they have sent has been excellent. Both of my parents have formed very good relationships with their caregivers. The people at Comfort Keepers appear to enjoy their jobs as they are always putting forth that extra effort. It is obvious that they really do care about their clients. My parents are very happy with them and we feel much better knowing they are in good hands. I'm sorry it has taken so long to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent care my mother in law received from Comfort Keepers.Our relationship with spans many years and not only my mother in law but also my father in-law. Both of my in-laws and my wife and I had grown a family like relationship which eased my mind as well as my wife's. The employees were always very punctual and friendly going about their duties in a a timely manner while retaining a social attitude. With out the excellent care they had their golden years would have been not nearly as enjoyable.I cannot remember all of the names but my wife and I give you our greatest of thanks and a job Well Done. Comfort Keepers in Knoxville met our every need at an extremely difficult time in my husband's care. I had just begun Home Hospice for him. He was nearing the end of a 10 year medical journey in his fight against cancer. In my search for additional caregivers, Comfort Keepers was recommended to me. They had on their staff an excellent professional that was involved with me in caring for both my parents previously until their passing. I had found a professional in which I had the utmost confidence. Comfort Keepers did an excellent job making certain that I had the right staff at the right time in my home helping me, my family and Home Hospice personnel care for my husband. A burden was lifted from me at a time when only the best would do. I cannot thank Comfort Keepers enough. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
