The owner of our local In-Home Care Agency
Learn more about Sam Aisawa, our devoted Comfort Keepers in-home care owner.
Sam Aisawa’s journey with Comfort Keepers began in 2013, when she joined the team as a part-time caregiver while also caring for her grandmother. That personal experience deepened her passion for helping seniors age gracefully in place and inspired her to build a meaningful career in home care.
After earning her degree in Health Information Technology, Sam joined the administrative team in 2016, where she worked closely with founder Tom Berard and quickly grew into key leadership roles in business development, care coordination, and operations. In 2022, she was named President of the Anoka and White Bear Lake offices.
On March 9, 2026, she officially became the owner of Comfort Keepers, proudly carrying that mission forward by helping seniors live joyful, independent lives in the comfort of home while supporting the families who care for them.
Today, Sam works closely with her team to provide exceptional care to clients throughout Anoka, Ramsey, Isanti, Sherburne, Chisago, and Washington Counties. Her leadership reflects the compassion, dedication, and personal connection that continue to define Comfort Keepers, and she finds great reward in seeing the positive difference that quality in-home care makes in the lives of older adults and their families.
