Community Lunch

Is your senior itching to get out of the house and in need of socializing? Making Community Happens offers Community Lunch for seniors Monday – Friday 11:45 am at the Rockland Methodist Conference Home Dining Room. 

Suggested donation is $5/meal. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance by calling (207) 594-2740

Spectrum Generations

Welcome to the one-stop-shop for all things regarding seniors and disabled adults.  The Central Main Area Agency on Aging and Disability Resource Center has been providing information and advice, referrals, programs and activities for adults for over 40 years.
