Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Cheyenne DeLeon
Administrative Assistant
Cheyenne is a wife and mother of two children and is originally from the Philippines. She has been in the U.S for over 21 years and has worked as a Sales Associate, Telemedicine Associate, Insurance representative, CNA and caregiver. She has been a caregiver at Comfort Keepers for more than two years and was promoted to Office Administrator. Cheyenne is an exceptional employee and has been awarded the Comfort Keeper of the Quarter for her excellent contribution to caregiving.
Kendra Richmond
HR Generalist
Kendra has been working in the healthcare field for nearly 20 years and her passion is to help and support the elderly. She has been a CNA since 2004 and in 2015 became a staff scheduler and medical records officer and has extensive experience in administration and human resources. In her free time Kendra loves spending time with her family, listen to music, watch movies, and meet new people. Kendra is excited to join the Comfort Keepers team in Rockford and Freeport IL.
Angela Friis
Care Coordinator
Angie has been married for 33 years, has two children, two beautiful grandbabies and an amazing son in law. Angie has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, where she flourished and found her place with her caring nature. She is also an entrepreneur and loves thinking outside of the box. Angie is an Artist and focuses on Acrylic Fluid and Resin style Artwork. Most of all, she has a huge heart, her compassion for humanity and helping others is where her heart will always be. Angie looks forward to growing and learning new things with Comfort Keepers as she embarks on her new role as Care Coordinator in the Freeport region.
Audra Allen
Care Coordinator
Audra Allen has worked as a caregiver with Comfort Keepers for over 6 years and through her professionalism, optimism and caring integrity was promoted to Care Coordinator for the Rockford region.
Audra has lived in the Rockford area most of her life, is married with 2 adult children and 4 perfect grandchildren. Besides serving her community and wonderful seniors she enjoys floral arranging, trying out new restaurants and is excited to begin this new venture.
