Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Administrative Assistant
Jean and her husband Terry live in Rockford with 2 dogs, 2 cats, an African Grey parrot and many fish. Jean has 2 adult kids and 1 grandson. Jean likes to travel, take pictures and write. She is close to finishing her first book. Jean has been a member of the Alpine Kiwanis Club of Rockford since 2008 and is the Secretary for the 17th Judicial Dog Therapy Program which sends handlers and dogs to court rooms, schools, domestic abuse centers, etc., to offer comfort during stressful situations.
Anne Cupaz
Home Care Coordinator
Anne, is a dedicated Home Care Coordinator with 5 years of experience in healthcare. She is passionate about providing compassionate, reliable support and ensuring clients and families feel heard and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and reconnecting with nature, which helps her stay grounded and balanced. She brings an organized, empathetic, and calm approach to everything she does.
Audra Allen
Care Coordinator
Audra Allen has worked as a caregiver with Comfort Keepers for over 6 years and through her professionalism, optimism and caring integrity was promoted to Care Coordinator for the Rockford region.
Audra has lived in the Rockford area most of her life, is married with 2 adult children and 4 perfect grandchildren. Besides serving her community and wonderful seniors she enjoys floral arranging, trying out new restaurants and is excited to begin this new venture.
