Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers® caregiver. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers caregivers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. These home care providers are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Linda is dedicated to helping individuals maintain independence and dignity while receiving high-quality care in the comfort of their homes and that caregivers have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Heather Tabares
VP of Operations
With over 10 years of experience in the home care industry, Heather has dedicated her career to serving seniors, supporting families, and advocating for compassionate, high-quality care. Beginning as a CNA while working through college, she discovered a deep passion for caring for others and went on to gain experience in multiple roles throughout the home care field, including work as a Care Coordinator with Comfort Keepers. This hands-on experience has provided a unique understanding of both the clinical and personal side of caregiving.
Heather earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and has had the honor of serving more than 50,000 seniors throughout her career to date. Her leadership is driven not only by professional experience, but by a lifelong personal commitment to helping vulnerable individuals feel safe, valued, and cared for.
Coming from a family that always opened its doors to help those in need and lovingly cared for numerous family members, Heather believes caregiving is more than a profession; it is a calling and purpose in life. She is deeply passionate about supporting not only clients, but also the caregivers and family members who dedicate themselves each day to caring for others.
Through compassion, integrity, and servant leadership, Heather strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every client, family, and caregiver they encounter.

Exterior Care Coordinator/Internal Care Coordinator
To ToniLynn, senior care isn’t just a career. Being a caregiver is in her blood from being a wife, mother and currently being the primary caregiver for my father. She believes everyone has a story that needs to be told, we are just a chapter in their lives.
ToniLynn has worked in the medical field for the past 21 years ranging from hands on as a Certified Nursing Assistant to Administration.
