Once you accept an emailed invitation giving you access to our online Family Room portal, you will be able to do the following:
· View live caregiver status updates on each and every Comfort Keepers visit
· Coordinate and schedule events with other family members
· View your invoices and make payments for your loved ones in home senior care online
With the Family Room, not only will you be able to easily manage many aspects of care for your loved one, but you will also be able to view care that has been provided in real time as long as you have a device with internet access. If you think of something you would like to add to our caregivers agenda you can add it via the task log and see when the task has been accomplished. You can also video conference with your loved one and their caregiver, giving you more peace of mind.
