Our Home Care Specialists Answer Families in Greater Beverly Hills, CA's Most Pressing Questions About Our Care

Let our home care specialists answer all your questions about the senior care services we provide in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and the surrounding areas of California

What’s the difference between home health care and senior in home care services?

Home health care is in-home care that is provided by a certified nurse. This type of care may include physical therapy, nursing care, or recovery care. Home Care is a general term for care that is provided to a client in their own home. Care can be non-medical or medical and may include personal care services, companionship, and more.

What senior care services do you offer?

At Comfort Keepers Beverly Hills, we offer the following services:

  • Home Care
  • 24-Hour Care
  • In-Home Companionship
  • Personal Care Services
  • Transportation Services
  • Elderly Nutrition
  • Respite Care
  • Transitional Care
  • End of Life Care
  • Dementia Care
  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Interactive Caregiving™

How do you select your caregivers?

We carefully screen each potential home care specialist and complete extensive background checks, reference checks, and more. We only hire caregivers who are experienced and passionate about helping others. Our caregivers are also trained and insured for your benefit.

How much does elder care cost?

Contact us if you would like to learn more about our pricing. Your costs will depend on the type of care you choose, how often you’ll need care, and if you will be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or another form of insurance.

When are your services available?

Our senior care services are available whenever you need them: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. We can provide care for just a few hours each week, or around-the-clock care every day. We’ll customize a care plan based on your schedule and needs.

Do you provide personalized care plans for each client?

Yes! During an in-home consultation, we’ll meet with you and your family to discuss your specific care needs and preferences. We’ll work with you to develop the right plan, schedule, and care features based on your needs.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver all the time?

We will carefully select a home care specialist for each client after discussing their individual needs and preferences. Then, we’ll select a caregiver who can meet those needs and more. If the caregiver is a match for the client, they will remain with that client.

What would happen if their caregiver is sick or is on vacation?

If a home care specialist cannot make it work on a particular occasion, you will hear from our client care coordinator ahead of time. We will arrange for a temporary caregiver to fill in, who will be aware of your senior care services plan and can provide the same great care.
