The caregivers are compassionate. They seem to be interested in what they can do to please me. They are constantly asking what I need them to do. They will even tell me to step aside, so they can do the job. They want to help me rest because of my broken arm.
The caregivers show concern by asking how my mom is, and they are attentive to her needs.
She is like a mother to me and she cares for me.
The caregivers chat with Herbert. They do very good skin care for him. He is not easy to care for because he is a quadriplegia and it takes lots of effort, but they do not ever react negatively to these things!
I would tell people that the caregivers have been pretty good. I even use them in another city and they worked well for us.
