Tournament Details:
Must have or create a DUPR account prior to the start of the tournament. You must join the House of Pickleball (HOP) under “Clubs” in DUPR. An actual DUPR rating is not required; the Tournament Director will determine, at their discretion, which division you will play in.
When: Saturday, October 18, 2025, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Registration Ends: October 15, 2025
Entry Fee: $40 per person Early Bird Special until September 30th. $50 per person beginning October 1st. (Sign up individually and indicate your partner’s name.) Fee includes medals and prize for winners.
Refunds: Cancellations must be made 72 hours or more before the event.
Divisions:
- Advanced 4.0+ (8.99 max. combined DUPR)
- Advanced Intermediate 3.5+ (7.99 max. combined DUPR)
- Early Intermediate 3.0+ (6.99 max. combined DUPR)
Tournament Structure: Doubles Format: Round-Robin brackets with single-elimination playoffs. Each team will play a minimum of 3 games in the Round-Robin. Eight teams will advance to the playoffs, with seeding based on Round-Robin results. This is a DUPR event, and all games will be logged. The Tournament Director has full discretion regarding the tournament format at all times.
Score Format:
- Round-Robin: 1 game to 11
- Bracket: 1 game to 11, win by 2
- Medal Round: Best 2 out of 3, all games to 11, win by 2
Start Times: All divisions start at 3:00 PM. Check-in and warm-up begin at 2:00 PM. Additional tournament details will be announced closer to the event.
The number of teams per division is set at 8 but may change based on demand.
