My husband and I really like our caregiver, she is very dependable, and each person that comes into our home offers something different, and this one is very nice, competent, and knows what she is doing, and as far reliability, she is the best. The office staff is excellent, and I haven't really had any problem with them. For a while I dealt with other agencies, and the last one, I couldn't take it because the people in the office were obnoxious and I can tell that this agency really knows what they are doing.
When you are done interviewing with Mike, everything he says happens. The next day I made the phone calls and it was exactly the way I wanted it. Mike is very quick to respond. It is all done as fast as I talk to him. I don't know how he does it. I don't know how much of the operation runs through Mike, but I give him a triple A rating.
