Amul is an experienced technology executive with over 20+ years of success in leading technology organizatoins,  driving innovation, and aligning IT with business goals across various industries. My wife Carol and I have three children, and our family has deep roots in healthcare. My mother,  mother-in-law and grandmother, were all nurses, and that legacy continues today — our daughter Sarah and our son Andrew are both pursuing careers in medicine, and our daughter Emily works at a medical center in Florida.

With such a strong personal connection to caregiving and a deep appreciation for the impact it has on individuals and families, I’m truly looking forward to being part of the Comfort Keepers Home Care team. It’s an opportunity that aligns not only with my professional experience but also with the values of compassion, service, and support that are so meaningful to me and my family.

Sarah Chauhan

Operations: Client Relations Manager

Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate individual currently pursuing her medical career, with a strong passion for serving others and making a meaningful impact in the community. As she continues her journey toward becoming a physician, Sarah is excited to join the Comfort Keepers Home Care team, where she will have the opportunity to provide care, support, and companionship to those in need.

With a deep-rooted family legacy in healthcare — including nurses and future doctors — Sarah brings both empathy and a strong sense of purpose to her work. Her involvement with Comfort Keepers reflects her commitment to hands-on service and her belief in the power of human connection to improve lives. She looks forward to growing professionally while giving back to the community in a way that truly matters.

Andrew Chauhan

Operations: Community Care Connector

Andrew is a driven and compassionate individual currently pursuing his medical career, with a strong commitment to improving the lives of others through care and service. As part of his journey toward becoming a physician, Andrew is proud to join the Comfort Keepers Home Care team, where he will support individuals in the community by providing meaningful, hands-on care.

Coming from a family with a deep tradition in healthcare, Andrew understands the importance of empathy, respect, and dedication in every interaction. His work with Comfort Keepers will allow him to gain valuable real-world experience while making a direct, positive impact on the lives of those he serves. Andrew looks forward to growing both personally and professionally as he continues his path toward a future in medicine.

Priscilla Ortega

Client Care and Service Manager

Priscilla has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on working with the elderly in nursing homes, hospitals, adult day care, and in-home care settings.

She worked as a certified nursing assistant for over 10 years before continuing her education and earning a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration. She is passionate about her work and deeply committed to helping others, particularly seniors and the geriatric population.

Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her five children and grandchildren and traveling.

Her dream is to one day own a Home Care agency, where her mission will be to provide outstanding customer service, show compassion, and serve elderly individuals during some of their most vulnerable times. Until she fulfills that dream, she continues to deliver high-quality, compassionate care through her role at Comfort Keepers.

Michelle Di Russo

Office Manager

Michelle Di Russo, our Office Manager, has 10 years’ experience in a number of fields. These include a security supervisor, a customer service supervisor, a manager in a medical office, and working for a personal injury attorney.  Michelle is a single parent, devoted mother/grandmother and a two-time cancer survivor. Michelle is a member of the Women for West New York, a nonprofit organization. 

In her spare time, she volunteers and helps organize events and fundraisers for the Women of West New York. The fundraisers help provide the less fortunate with Thanksgiving meals, toys for the kids at Christmas, and winter coats for children in need. Michelle has faced many challenges in her life which have inspired her to help others.
