As uncertain times persist, it’s important to practice social distancing and self quarantining; this is a crucial practice in order to slow down and eventually stop the spread of illness. However, if you or a loved one is practicing social distancing or has self quarantined and doesn’t have anyone to depend on for assistance, you or your loved one could be in danger.
