Comfort Keepers Home Care in Cumming, GA Wins 2019 Operational Excellence Award

Comfort Keepers of Cumming, GA was recently awarded the Operational Excellence award at the 2019 Comfort Keepers Leadership Conference located at the Omni Atlanta at CNN Center, Atlanta, GA. The award recognizes franchisees whose local businesses consistently deliver exceptional services to clients, employees, and throughout their community. It is a great honor to receive this award, as out of 657 franchises, only 40 received the 2019 Operational Excellence award!

Award recipients are selected based on overall client satisfaction for exemplary service and quality of care, which requires compliance with strict quality standards. When being considered for this highly sought-after award, the level of involvement and hard work in the local community from franchise owners is also factored in.

Co-owner Jennifer Jack-Wunder of Comfort Keepers in Cumming, GA was honored to receive the award on stage at the conference. “We are so humbled,” said Jennifer, “This wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication from everyone on our team.
