City of Lake Forest
Originally home to the Potawatomi Indians, the city of Lake Forest was founded in 1861 as a stop for travelers making their way south to Chicago. During the early 1900s, captains of industry built their magnificent estates in Lake Forest, and the Howard Van Doren Shaw-designed Market Square debuted in 1916 as the first commercial center. Today, as a modern city that grew up in tandem with Lake Forest College, Lake Forest boasts a thriving arts scene, the headquarters of several Fortune 500 companies, 29 miles of beachfront recreational trails and the Chicago Bears training facility.
Comfort Keepers is proud to be a member of the Lake Forest business community!
Sometimes a little help means a lot.
Comfort Keepers provides industry-leading home care services that allow seniors in Lake Forest to continue living independently – and safely – in their own homes. For the Comfort Keepers team, our work is personal: we care for your loved one as if they were a member of our own family.
The first step in starting a relationship with Comfort Keepers Lake Forest is simple, but it is the key to our overall success. Our experienced home care professionals will meet with you and your loved ones to assess the senior’s medical condition, living environment and personal preferences. This allows for the creation of a comprehensive plan of service, tailored to a client’s individual needs. During this meeting, we can discuss options such as:
- Personal Care
- Companion Care
- Interactive Caregiving
- Respite Care
- Transitioning/Post-Surgical Care
- Alzheimer’s Care and Dementia Care
- End-of-Life Care
Comfort Keepers Lake Forest also works in partnership with Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest Senior Center and Lake Forest Place Independent and Assisted Living in order to better serve our clients and families.
