Let our team answer all your questions about the care at home we provide in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and surrounding areas

When looking for professional care for an aging loved one, you are bound to have many questions, like:

  • "What is the average cost of assisted living?"
  • "How much does it cost to hire an in home caregiver?"
  • "Is there health insurance that can cover care costs?"
  • "What are the qualifications for a nursing home aide?"

We created this page to answer questions like these and provide you with all the information necessary to make an informed decision. To learn more, contact our one of our home care specialists today or continue reading below.

What’s the Difference Between Home Health Care and Senior Care Services?

Home health care is care that is provided by a certified nurse. This type of care may include physical therapy, nursing care, or recovery care. In-home senior care is a general term for care that is provided to a client in their own home. Care can be non-medical or medical and may include meal preparation, memory care, respite care, and more.

What Senior Care Services Do Comfort Keepers Offer?

At Comfort Keepers, we offer a wide variety of services:

In-Home Services

Specialized Services

  • 24 Hour Care - around-the-clock care and monitoring for seniors needing help with specialized needs.
  • Dementia Care - specialized memory care for seniors experiencing cognitive decline.
  • End of Life Care - compassionate and essential care for seniors with a limited life expectancy.
  • In-Facility Care - we provide our senior care services within assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
  • Post-Hospital Care - we help seniors make a safe recovery after a hospital stay.

How Do You Select Your Home Care Specialists?

We carefully screen each potential home care specialist and complete extensive background checks, reference checks, and more. We only hire caregivers who are experienced and passionate about helping others. Our caregivers are also trained and insured for your benefit.

How Much Does Elder Care Cost?

Contact us if you would like to learn more about our pricing. Your costs will depend on the type of care you choose, how often you’ll need care, and if you will be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or another form of insurance.

When Are Your Services Available?

Our senior care services are available whenever you need them: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. We can provide care at home for just a few hours each week, or around-the-clock care every day. We’ll customize a care plan based on your schedule and needs.

Do You Provide Personalized Care Plans for Each Client?

Yes! During an in-home consultation, we’ll meet with you and your family to discuss your specific care needs and preferences. We’ll work with you to develop the right plan, schedule, and care features based on your needs.

Will My Loved One Have the Same Caregiver All the Time?

We will carefully select a home care specialist for each client after discussing their individual needs and preferences. Then, we’ll select a caregiver who can meet those needs and more. If the caregiver is a match for the client, they will remain with that client.

What Would Happen If Their Caregiver Is Sick or Is on Vacation?

If a home care specialist cannot make it work on a particular occasion, you will hear from our client care coordinator ahead of time. We will arrange for a temporary caregiver to fill in, who will be aware of your senior care services plan and can provide the same great care at home.
