CEO, Sodexo Home Care Worldwide
Sarosh Mistry is Sodexo’s Region Chair for North America and CEO of Home Services Worldwide. He leads the North America Regional Leadership Committee for Sodexo, the global leader in Quality of Life services, and is responsible for the coordination of Sodexo businesses in North America. He also leads Home Care Worldwide, including the Comfort Keepers brand, a business segment within Personal and Home Services for Sodexo, and is responsible for the Home Care segment, which operates in 13 countries (U.S., Canada, England, Scotland, France, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia). He is a member of the Personal and Home Services Executive Committee.
Mr. Mistry joined Sodexo in 2011 as Senior Vice President for Home Care in North America. In 2012, he assumed the role of CEO of Comfort Keepers, a franchise network, where in six years, he and his team have driven profitable, sustainable growth by evolving the business model to include company-owned operations.
In 2016, Mr. Mistry was promoted to the CEO of Home Care Worldwide. In this role, he grew the geographic footprint to include six brands operating on five continents with a portfolio of franchised and company-operated locations. Prior to joining Sodexo, he held numerous leadership roles including: CEO of Eurest, a division of Compass Group NA; Starbucks Coffee as VP of Retail Stores in North America; Aramark as President of Healthcare Management Services/Food Services; and, PEPSICO/Tricon Global Restaurants – Taco Bell Corporations. Long a believer that mentoring people and nurturing talent is an investment that will pay back exponentially, he built high-performing, diverse teams who drove growth and success in each of these organizations.
Mr. Mistry sits on the board of Active Global Caregiver, a home care company headquartered in Singapore, as well as Pronep, a skilled care delivery organization headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He also supports Bundles of Care, a not-for-profit headquartered in California, which, supports children in the foster care system.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St John’s University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California.
Chief Executive Officer, Comfort Keepers, North America
Carl McManus joined CK Franchising, Inc. in January 2014. Carl began his career in public accounting in New York with Arthur Andersen and Co. as a certified public accountant. He also worked as a management consultant with Deloitte in Los Angeles. His experience includes several years with YUM! Brands in operations and franchising, and he was a director in Acquisitions and Divestitures during Taco Bell's re-franchising process, transforming the network into a franchise business model. He also worked for Gateway as a Director for Retail Strategy and focused on growing the business-to-business market through their Country stores.
He has spent the last several years working with private equity, focusing on company operations, franchise development, and strategy. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School. He enjoys playing basketball and the great outdoors.
Global Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Mary Bowman joined CK Franchising, Inc. in January of 2005 as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Mary's professional expertise lies in brand positioning and strategy, creative design and implementation, digital and traditional marketing and advertising, and corporate communications. Her professional roots are in retailing in a variety of industries including optical, home improvement, and department stores where Mary consistently accepted roles of increasing responsibility. She also spent time working at Fogarty & Klein advertising agency, a full-service agency in Houston, TX.
Mary now leads global marketing and communications as the EVP of Marketing and Communications for Sodexo Global Home Care.
Mary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas in San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and advertising. A voracious reader and collector of antiques, Mary and her husband enjoy scouring auctions and estate sales, gardening, and spending time with their children and their families.
Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, Home Care
Robert has held diverse, progressive human resources experience in a variety of senior-level positions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, management services, food and beverage and financial services, with such prestigious organizations as McKinsey, Aramark, WellPoint, and Liberty Mutual.
Robert graduated from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University, both in Atlanta, GA. Additionally, Robert received a Human Resources Executive Certificate from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR®) certification.
When not working, Robert volunteers for Open Hand, an organization that helps people prevent or manage chronic illness through better nutrition choices. He spends his free time cooking, collecting wine and keeping up with Formula 1 racing.
Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Home Care Domain
Martin Ng became Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Home Care Domain in February 2016. He has provided strategic direction and leadership to the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) team.
Known for his strong people development skills, Martin has been a valued employee of Sodexo since 2001, working in variety of IS&T, Finance, and Operational roles. In these roles, he has accumulated a wide knowledge of design/development, and deployment of operation optimization systems and customer-facing technology. In addition to these business-facing systems, Martin was also responsible for the Sodexo’s core systems, such as the Supply & Food Management System, Payroll, HRIS, Benefit Administration, Time and Attendance, and Health and Safety Management.
Martin obtained both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Trinity Western University. When not working, he enjoys playing ice hockey and spending quality time with his family.
Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting, Global Home Care
Natalie Black joined CK Franchising, Inc. in January 2015. Natalie began her career in finance and has progressed with experience in varying roles and industries at Twentieth Century Fox and Experian. Additionally, she has also spent time directing strategy at CK Franchising, focusing on network development, growth and compliance. Natalie focuses on financial and accounting integrity, analysis and business partnering.
Natalie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She spends her free time with her family – husband, son and dogs.
