Comfort Keepers Services

Comfort Keepers tailors senior care to meet each client’s and family’s specific needs, drawing from our comprehensive range of elder care services. Depending on need, we schedule from four hours of home care a week to full-time, 24/7 senior care:

• Companionship Care provides supportive services such as companionship and conversation, assistance with light housekeeping and meal preparation, help with dressing and grooming, medication reminders, errands and transportation.
• Personal Care, which includes assistance with personal hygiene to help seniors maintain dignity and well-being. Personal care services include help with showering and bathing, skin care, toileting and incontinence care, transfers to and from chairs and bed, mobility assistance, and help with eating.
• Hospice Support, which supplements care provided by hospice nurses. This includes companionship and personal care services, which help promote patients’ comfort and quality of life.

SafetyChoice devices, which are monitored 24/7 at Comfort Keepers’ monitoring center, help assure a senior’s safety between home visits by a caregiver. The devices include a Medical Management System that reminds seniors to take their medicine and a Personal Emergency Response System that allows seniors to quickly summon help with the push of a button in an at-home emergency.
