Comfort Keepers Services

Drawing from our comprehensive range of elder care services, Comfort Keepers can tailor a plan of in-home care to meet each client’s and family’s needs, from four hours of care a week to full-time, 24/7 care:

• Companionship Care, supportive services that include personal contact and conversation, help with light housekeeping and meal preparation, grooming and dressing assistance, medication reminders, errands and incidental transportation.
• Personal Care to help seniors maintain their dignity and well-being. These services include help with personal hygiene, skin care, toileting and incontinence care, transfers to and from chairs and bed, mobility assistance, and help with eating.
• Hospice Support that supplements hospice nursing care. These companionship and personal care services help promote patients’ comfort and quality of life.
• Post-Hospital Care and Support to help clients recover at home from surgery or after hospital care for an illness or injury.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care involves caregiving to provide a safe, healthful home environment for seniors and other adult clients through various stages of dementia.
• SafetyChoice™ by Comfort Keepers provides technology solutions that supplement personal caregiving. Electronic SafetyChoice devices help assure a senior’s safety and well-being when a caregiver is not present in the home. These include a Medical Management System, which provides reminders to take medicine, and a Personal Emergency Response System, which allows seniors to quickly call for help with the push of a button in the event of an emergency. Comfort Keepers’ central monitoring facility monitors these devices around the clock.
