• Our Comfort Keepers^® office is family-owned and operated (a family that has faced the same concerns you have had regarding our own loved ones). Through this personal experience, we constantly instill the value of caring for others as we do for our own loved-ones.
• We abide by a stringent and comprehensive screening and hiring process for our Comfort Keepers^®.  All of our employees undergo criminal, driving, and employment record checks. In addition to all of that, we conduct in-depth orientations, Silverchair online testing and education, as well as on-going training throughout their employment.
• Our Comfort Keepers^® office covers liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
• We provide you with a live contact line to reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Our Comfort Keepers^® follow our Interactive Caregiving™ philosophy. Through this, we hope to transform daily activities into special moments that can help keep clients physically active, mentally stimulated, socially engaged, and emotionally strong.

Our Comfort Keepers^® Solutions to Relevant Concerns

For families and individuals, we can offer a free, personal in-home assessment at your convenience to determine whether our care is the best, most beneficial solution for you. In addition, we work with case managers, discharge planners, and doctors in hospice agencies, senior living facilities, and hospitals who feel that patients may need our care and/or supervision.

Through our philosophy of Interactive Caregiving™, we strive to seek the most harmonious matches between Comfort Keepers^® and clients, not just through care needs and hours but also by personality and shared interests. Such compatible traits often establish a strong foundation for a trusting and dependable relationship between our Comfort Keeper^® and the client.

In addition, we always try to respect the client’s wish if he or she requests the same caregiver each time. Should the situation arise where your primary Comfort Keeper^® is unavailable, we will always provide you with another, equally-qualified caregiver to assist your needs until your primary caregiver returns.
