ELDER EMERGENCY KIT
Because we know how difficult it may be for seniors and their families to keep track of all of the health and contact information needed by themselves and especially emergency repsonse teams, we have developed an "Elder Emergency Kit." This kit is a series of forms that when filled in provide just the right information that may be needed. The Kit even includes a wallet sized card that can be carried in a wallet or purse with space for vital information.
